What Leads to Victory

Jesus wins.

Not when He enters the world as a baby.

Not when He engages crowds as a teacher.

Not when He heals another leper.

Not when the demons are scared and run.

Not when He enters the city on a donkey.

Not when He washes the feet of a traitor.

Not when He talks before Pilate in chains.

Not when He walks through the city with a cross.

Not when His hands and feet are pierced.

Not even when He breathes His last.

Jesus triumphs when He exits the grave.

We will too.
